nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moments d'échanges et de partage avec notre hôte pendant le séjour. La maison est extraordinaire et l'environnement est très reposant. Nous serions heureux d'y séjourner de nouveau.n
The hosts were very friendly and hospitable despite our language barrier. The house is nice and the room and bed are comfortable. Breakfast was a Puli fried dough stick and drink.
Super adorable hospitable hosts, beautiful japanese style house, you're close to everything (by car) and still a bit secluded (nature), they provide everything you need, offered free tea etc.
Everything. Great location. Lovely architecture. Great and friendly owners.
The wonderful Taiwanese elderly couple running this place went absolutely above and beyond to make this an unforgettable and beautiful experience. We loved every second of staying here. They even give you four options for breakfast, we chose the salty fried egg sticks which were super delicious and accompanied by some super delicious bananas and other yummy surprises. The hosts are very very kind and helpful. They know the area well and their house is a haven of calm, beauty and comfort. Do yourself a favor and book this special place, the location is not only practical for visiting Puli (night market on the weekend is amazing) and Sun Moon Lake, it's also in a very unique setting nestled between forest, plantations, and a river. We were a bit bummed we couldn't speak Mandarin to talk more to our lovely hosts, but it definitely helps using a translation app. Incredibly respectful and mindful people and a really quiet setting. Could not recommend this place more!
The house is beautiful, full of charm, in the middle of nature, a good place to rest and relax. It is quite big so we were really at ease even with our two young kids running around. The landlord, who lives upstairs , was very kind to us and very, very helpful. As the house is located outside town, it is easier to have your own transportation. However we didn't and we managed to visit around without any problem as there is a bus stop just in front of the house going to Puli. It just needs a bit of planning as the bus is not frequent (#6665).
The house is amazing, very special, definitely just that is worth it , Bed is comfortable, Goof hot water . The location is secluded and beautiful, the hosts are very friendly, and make excellent tea , Definitely recommend staying there .
The property itself is really lovely, with lots of historical features. There are beautiful carved wooden doors & screens, and the window design is really unique. The owners were able to tell us a lot about the history of the house and its architecture. The owner also grows delicious fruit on the property!
Rustic and huge. Room was bigger than my house. Two bathrooms. Sound of river was nice to sleep to. No cockroaches or spiders like others complained.
